Another Day Another Thought

Welcome all again to another post I decided to do it now because I am bored in English class and have nothing to do.  This class is a research class which consists of no work whatsoever, basically we are just learning how to find stuff faster and cleaner which in fact is just a more complicated way of using Google. 



So on the topic more of what I am doing right now in my life one of which is a challenge I have done with my girlfriend and her friends.  This consists of eating healthy for 4 days and whoever wins... well just gets a pat on the back. As you probably have guessed I have already loss, I ate a bag of unhealthy chips in rush between classes which in my defense I had completely forgot about the challenge so I shouldn't be disqualified.  I still am eating healthy which really has helped me feel better and gives me a lot more energy throughout the day.  Another challenge I have put myself through is getting bigger for the upcoming soccer season.  In this I will prevent injuries and get a lot more playing time.  How these two are related is I started p90x two weeks ago and I wasn't eating healthy just same old crap I normally eat.  I could barley get through some exercises when really I should just be plowing through them.  This week as soon as I started eating healthy the workouts got easier and I was able to get through the whole thing.  So although I lost the challenge I still am continuing through the eating healthy for me.


So although I have already written a lot I still have more.  I know my gf will get mad if I don't mention this but tonight is our date night. This has been very important to us because we haven't had a lot of time together between work and school.  So being able to go out and spend time together and go out is really a good change.  Besides that I think I am done writing today I hope you enjoy my thoughts and life I promise the next blog will be more about current events and my thoughts and opinions towards them enjoy the rest of your day.
